Interior Furnishing Solutions - Bringing you just "A Touch of Gold" featuring a lovely sel
Dear All,
Welcome.
In todays post we are brining you a fab selection of gold tones to lift any interior space from bedroom to sitting room to give a little understated glam.
We are featuring Anthropologie as we first came across them over a decade ago when travelling to and from the States. Their buyers and design team have always been able to bring together super colour pallets with elegant yet homely elements to all that they do, which can sometime be difficult to accomplish. Now of course we don't have to traipse across to the Atlantic to enjoy their wears, as they have a great store in London and the option to purchase from their online store, making it super easy to select your favourites.
So without any further ado we hope you enjoy.
Where elegance meets glam!
These wall sconces are like a work of art. They look super in a hall, cloak room or library. Particularly against a dark wall where they create mood and glamour and against a white wall they look fresh and minimal. Super!
Brass wall lights - Sheets of rippled glass are hung from a brass fixture, their undulations holding and bending beams of light - From Anthroplogie.
Beautiful lighting
1920's Inspired brass-finished steel and glass wall light (image below)
Stunning marble and gold coloured bedside lamps or table lamps. They look super as a pair, next to your bed, to dress a desk or on side tables next to your sofa. (Image below)
This pendent light fitting would be super
in a child’s bedroom. Quite beautiful!
Delightfully petite brass-plated steel and glass songbirds, perched upon the delicate rim of this romantic, slightly whimsical source of light . (with adjustable hanging light)
These fab monochrome hooks look equally gorgeous in a masculine or feminine room
Stocked at Anthropologie (online) these fab monochrome hooks designed by Molly Hatch look equally gorgeous in a masculine or feminine room. Molly Hatch is an artist-of-all-trades who creates everything from furniture to jewellery to pen-and-ink drawings, we love her ceramics.
Born the daughter of a painter and an organic dairy farmer, Molly was raised to be creatively industrious. Using her imagination and love of drawing to make everything from her well known idiosyncratic ceramics to quirky pen-and-ink drawings. Molly’s craft is finely honed, her designs whimsically literal and pop-culturally on-point.
Metal, resin, brass and glass knobs
Check out these knobs. They'd look great on a reclaimed piece of furniture or when up cycling an old chest of drawers or tall boy. Absolutely fab...

Hand-Tufted Trellis Rug
Inspired solutions group thinks this is a superb rug. It looks great with the gold, precepx and glass coffee table and would look equally stunning in a neutral tone on tone colour pallet with a single bold accent colour such as the earlier illustrated occasional Moresque Chairs.
Add a cosy-yet-elegant textural update to your abode with these delightfully embroidered jute-cotton pillows.
Elegant Parisian inspired room setting, with super french windows and wrought iron balustrade. Neutrals, distressed plaster walls, grey and gold tones make this room work beautifully. Oh... to have a town house like this!
We hope you enjoyed this beautiful selection of some of our favourites from Anthropologie.
